Levels Standard
Level 1 Blow Bubbles 3 times, 3 seconds each; Hold breath, fully submerge for 3 times, 5 seconds each; push off and float 2 meters, float and kick for 3 meters.
Level 2 Hold breath, fully submerge for 15 seconds; 3 Jellyfish floats, 10 seconds each; push off and float for 4 meters, float and kick for 7 meters, swim use combined arm/legs actions on front for 8 meters.
Level 3 Combined arm/legs actions on front for 10 meters, swim using Front crawl with 2-3 rhythmic side breathes for 10 meters.
Level 4 Front crawl: 15 meters; back kick and float: 8 meters.
Level 5 Front crawl: 25 meters; back crawl: 12 meters.
Level 6 Front crawl: 25 meters; back crawl: 15 meters; breaststroke kick: 8 meters; push off and swim underwater for 2 meters.
Level 7 Front crawl: 25 meters; back crawl: 25 meters; breaststroke: 12 meters; underwater swim: 5 meters; Swim 50 meters continuously using any style.
Level 8 Front crawl: 25 meters; back crawl: 25 meters; breaststroke: 25 meters; flutter and dolphin kicks: 8 meters; underwater swim: 10 meters; swim 100 meters continuously using any style.
Level 9 Front crawl: 25 meters; back crawl: 25 meters; breaststroke: 25 meters; Butterfly: 12 meters; underwater swim: 12 meters; swim 150 meters continuously using any style.
Level 10 Front crawl: 50 meters within 50 seconds; back crawl: 50 meters within 60 seconds; Breaststroke: 50 meters within 60 seconds; Butterfly: 50 meters; underwater swim: 25 meters; Swim 200 meters continuously using any style.

Levels Standard
Baby Starfish- Grade 1

1. Walking in the water without touch or holding on anything (no support)

2. Shoulder in the water while walking without touch or holding on anything (no support

)

3. Wash Face ( Chin, lips, nose, ears, whole Face)

4. Put whole face in the water for 1-2 seconds

5. Put whole face in the water for 3-5 second

Baby Octopus- Grade 2

1. Put whole face in the water for 5 seconds

2. Face in the water and keep arm straight for 5 seconds ( Both arms touch the ears)

3. Walking with face in the water and arm straight for 3 seconds

4. Walking with face in the water and arm straight for 5 seconds

Little Yellow Duck-Grade 3

1. Teacher holds student horizontal as much as possible in the water, students keep their whole body straight for 5 seconds with teacher's full support

a. Student arm straight b. Leg straight c. Body straight d. Face in the water looking down

2. Float 1 second then Bend & sit & stands up with teacher's full
support

3. Student grab teacher's arm, teacher leads them float for 3-5

second, then bend & sit & Stands up

4. Teacher grab student's wrist, pull them, float for 3-5 seconds, then bend & sit & Stands up

5. Student put their palm on top of teacher's palm, teacher leads them float for 3-5 seconds, then bend & sit & Stands up

6. Teacher encourage student float to them for 3-5 seconds, ending up with student hands touch teacher's shoulder, then
bend & sit & Stands up

Baby Turtles-Grade 4

1.Student float to teacher by themselves, then bend & sit & Stands up with no help or any support

2. Float/Glide from point A to point B

3. Teacher holds student horizontal, student leg straight, move up & down

4. Blowing bubbles, breath in above water, breath out in the water (Mouth Bubbles or Nose Bubbles)

5. Blow bubbles 5 times

6. Kicking for 3-5 seconds

Baby Nemo-Grade 5

1. Kicking for 8 seconds

2. Stay still, arm straight doing circles, one arm at a time

3. Arm straight doing circles while walking, one arm at a time

4. Doing arm & kick with teacher's help

5. Swim use combined arm and legs actions by themselves

Baby Otter-Grade 6

1. Freestyle kick & arm, 4 times arm

2. Freestyle kick & arm, 6 times arm

3. Push off the wall, streamline for 5-8 seconds

4. Push off the wall, streamline for 5-8 seconds, then arm & kick

5. Stay still, doing side bubbles with teacher's help

6. Freestyle Swim with teacher's support

Baby Shark- Grade 7

1. Swim using freestyle with 2-3 rhythmic side breathes

2. Push off the wall, streamline then freestyle swim to the end of the pool

3. Back float with teacher's support

4. Back float by yourself

Baby Whale-Grade 8

1. Backstroke kick with teacher's support

2. Backstroke kick by yourself

3. Backstroke arm with teacher's help

4. Backstroke by yourself

5. Freestyle all the way to the end of the pool

6. Backstroke all the way to the end of the pool
